Lewis E. Bleam1890 - 1893The son of one of the band's founders, Lewis Bleam had joined the band in 1885. Rev. J. F. Ohl assisted him. |

Daniel Hoffman1885 - 1890Hoffman was one of the charter members of the Citizen's Silver Cornet Band. Although a cornet player, it was his responsibility to blend the new sounds of the reeds with those of the brasses. |

Harry S. Schultz1882 - 1885Schultz was part owner in a local music store and also a local piano tuner and piano teacher. It was during this time that new instruments (including reeds) were purchased and the name changed to the Germania Band. |

Peter Smith1877 - 1882Smith was as chosen the band's first director soon after the Citizen's Silver Cornet Band was formed on February 22, 1877. |
